As of November 25th the United Postal Service has stopped scanning packages leaving our distributor in Michagan. If your tracking number from an order says it is still in “Pre-shippment” that is incorrect. All orders are in fact shipped enroute, but often don’t show via the USPS tracking number. Along with this, USPS is warning of very long delays: “Alert: USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering the holidays to you.
We are also committed to getting out orders in a timely fashion to our customers and are terribly sorry about any delays caused by USPS during this Holiday season.
